PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course

Please find below information and document(s) relating to your PADI Advanced Open Water diving course, download each file and then please ensure you have read each document and completed the PADI forms prior to your course commencing. Please note that this course takes place at Vobster Quay, Somerset.
Course Information – Where to go and what to bring
The Advanced Open Water course will qualify you to dive to 30m, make you a better & safer diver and teach you exciting new skills. There are five ‘Adventure Dives’ which include a Deep and Navigation dive and 3 of the following dives:
Forms and eLearning
You should receive your Advanced Open Water Diver online learning code within 2 working days of booking the course. If you don’t receive it then please check your spam folder before letting us know.
This eLearning includes digital medical and Liability forms. These need to be completed online and shown to your instructor at check-in on the first day. It’s recommended that you save a copy of the forms on your device or email them to info@DivingAcademy.com Subject “AOW Forms”. Please complete the sections that correspond to the adventure dives you are doing (above) and complete the knowledge reviews found at the end of each
section.
Typically, it takes around 4-5 hours to complete the theory depending on how many sessions you break it up into. Please don’t leave it until the last minute!
If you have any of your own equipment such as mask and fins then please feel free to bring them along.
Your Dive Site: Vobster Quay
Once you have completed your course you will receive your e-certification card the following week.
As you will be qualified to dive to 30m we recommend that you consider getting your own dive computer. You are welcome to call the office on 0118 9761729, view our online store or speak to your instructor during the weekend.
