Emergency First Response – Primary & Secondary Care
Learn CPR, First Aid & Life-Saving Skills in a Practical, Hands-On Course
The Emergency First Response (EFR) course is a comprehensive first aid and CPR training programme designed for both divers and non-divers. It covers primary care (CPR) and secondary care (first aid), giving you the knowledge and confidence to act in emergency situations—both in the water and on land.
At The Diving Academy, we deliver EFR training in a relaxed, supportive environment at our centres in Reading, Swindon. No prior experience is needed, and this course is a prerequisite for the PADI Rescue Diver course and Divemaster certification.
